Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Web Chat Sales Support Specialist. This role involves responding to web inquiries through chat, engaging with customers in SMS sales conversations, and managing email correspondence. The ideal candidate will also actively participate in responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to web inquiries through chat, providing timely and accurate information to customers

  • Engage with customers in SMS sales conversations, building rapport and driving sales

  • Participate in responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support various administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
  • Provide phone sales assistance, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to driving sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple platforms
