Job Overview

As a Work-From-Home Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a wide variety of clients. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences through empathetic, responsive, and patient interactions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and reporting
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team to ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling techniques

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior contact center experience, preferably in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support

  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
