The Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative - Phone & Email Support, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Interacting with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, remaining patient and composed in challenging situations
- Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent typing skills (30 WPM or more with 90% accuracy)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
