Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team and provide exceptional chat support to our clients' customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience for our clients' customers. No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their questions and concerns

  • Utilize a document with answers to frequently asked questions and seek support from a supervisor for more complex inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with social media and website chat capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
