Key Responsibilities

As a Client Care Delegate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering Client Requests: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or in-person.
• Investigating and Resolving Issues: Identify and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the relevant teams as needed.
• Providing Accurate Information: Offer precise and detailed information about our products, services, and policies to clients.
• Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
• Maintaining Client Records: Report all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with other teams to resolve client grievances or issues.
• Staying Up-to-Date: Continuously learn and stay updated on product information and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Secondary School Certificate or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1-3 Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field is essential.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Fantastic critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required to resolve complex client issues.
