Job Overview
As an arenaflex Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers have a seamless and convenient experience when picking up or returning packages at our Locker+ retail locations. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to connect personally with customers and uplift their lives, even if for just a few moments.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions they may have, providing personalized support and solutions
- Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard
- Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
- Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring that all packages are processed and stored efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

- Activity: You will be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages.
- Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are climate-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment.
- Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you would expect in a grocery store.
- Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.
