The Opportunity
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our Inbound Call Center Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, helping them resolve their concerns and find solutions to their problems. What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- A quiet designated work area at home, with minimal distractions and interruptions
- Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
