The Role

As a Chat Operator, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers via chat, email, or phone
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

• Working closely with our training team to develop and implement new training programs and materials
