Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing requests to update and maintain customer account records and B2B client account records in our core data management systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving record problems in a timely manner to meet service level targets
  • Providing exceptional customer support, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
  • Assisting in project management and leading initiatives to improve data management and customer support processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise software interfaces
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and developing new processes
  • Ability to assist in project management and lead initiatives to improve data management and customer support processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration

  • Experience working with data management systems, customer relationship management software, and enterprise software interfaces
  • Certification in data management, customer support, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
