Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team of innovative professionals. As a key member of our data entry team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable data entry solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage data entry processes, including data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop effective data entry solutions
- Develop and implement scalable data entry processes that meet the evolving needs of our business
- Work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and data quality
- Analyze data entry metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain documentation of data entry processes and procedures
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize data entry efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with our technical teams to develop and implement data entry automation solutions
- Provide training and support to new team members on data entry processes and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data processing, or related field
- Strong understanding of data entry processes, including data validation, data cleansing, and data transformation
- Experience with cloud-based data entry tools and platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data entry metrics and provide insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy and quality
- Experience with data entry automation tools and platforms (e.g. Zapier, Automator)
