Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join our remote team as an Entry-Level Live Chat Operator. As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers on our clients' websites or social media platforms, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries, and helping to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our business objectives and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software
