Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrator and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling data entry for import and export processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Creating export paperwork and documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Extracting data from various sources and populating it onto spreadsheets.
  • Utilizing SAP software for purchasing and ordering at an admin level.
  • Assisting with debt chasing to ensure timely payments.
  • Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours and Schedule:

Initially, the role will require 2 months of training based in the office. After the training period, you will have the flexibility to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This arrangement allows for a great work-life balance and flexibility to manage your personal and professional responsibilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in data entry, preferably in imports and exports.
  • Proficiency in using SAP software for purchasing and ordering.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with export documentation and customs clearance procedures.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
