Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries through live chat
  • Resolving product or service problems by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team
  • Updating customer information and ensuring all changes are recorded correctly
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Following communication guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent customer service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat tools
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to meet specific and often tight deadlines
