The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support via chat, email, and phone. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Use available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments
  • Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times
  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends to help improve our products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of Amazon's policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
