Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Connecting with Customers: Engage with customers via phone to resolve their queries and provide solutions.
  • Escalating/Transferring/Completing Conference Calls: Collaborate with banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
  • Tracking Call-Related Information: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: Share insights and suggestions on call issues to improve our services.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English: Fluency in both languages is essential for communicating with customers and colleagues.
  • High School Diploma or GED: A minimum educational requirement for this position.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
  • Call Center Experience: Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Availability: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Organization and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP Requirements: No packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: We'll require proof of your internet speed to ensure you meet our requirements.
