The Job

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
• Working with the customer care team to identify bugs and escalate appropriately
• Passing along customer feedback to internal teams
• Assisting with side projects as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and business judgment
• Ability to learn and apply product knowledge to interactions with customers
• Skilled in time management and multitasking with attention to detail
• An innate desire to help people

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
• Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRMs a plus
• English: Fluent
