What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing short, mid, and long-term growth strategies for the Amazon Protein partnership
- Collaborating with Protein leadership to align sales forecasts and ensure adequate brand support
- Leading negotiations and discussions with customers to drive long-term strategic growth
- Utilizing data and insights to inform merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies
- Overseeing relationships with content development and media agencies to optimize creative content
What is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L or Digital Commerce business
- Previous sales experience managing customer/retailer relationships, preferably with Amazon
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills with proven P&L management experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage at all levels
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities
