Experienced Full Stack Customer Service and Support Representative – Remote Opportunity

Position Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations
- Fielding and resolving customer issues and questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Performing inside sales duties as needed, including processing customer orders and scheduling product deliveries
- Utilizing consultative selling skills to establish, develop, and service new customer accounts
- Providing quotes to customers and processing customer orders
- Scheduling product deliveries and communicating delivery schedules to customers
- Ordering inventory for replenishment
- Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols
- Supporting the Supply Center Team in achieving overall business unit goals and objectives
- Accurately entering orders and following up on customer inquiries
- Executing additional direction given by Branch Manager to support business unit goals and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to multi-task and make business decisions in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Composure under pressure and a results-driven attitude
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm with a positive attitude
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and listening skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Physical stamina to work in a warehouse environment and office space, including frequent standing, walking, bending, talking, and listening
Preferred Qualifications
* College degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with customers
- Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook experience
- General knowledge of the building industry preferred but not required
