Job Summary

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing personalized travel itineraries, making reservations, and offering ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips. You will be the face of arenaflex, building relationships with clients and travel suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Consult with clients via phone, email, or online chat to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements

  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to create personalized travel itineraries
  • Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services
  • Meet sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities
