Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems

• Enter orders into our system for billing and delivery
• Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples
• Coordinate delivery schedules with our dispatch team
• Retrieve needed information for our credit department
• Issue credits or debits accurately when applicable
• Set up new customers for our sales force
• Answer incoming calls and take sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone, fax, and email
• Run credit card and check approvals
• Categorize, file, and maintain paperwork for audit purposes and file all customer records
• Print and distribute e-mailed customer purchase orders
• Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience
• A detailed-oriented approach to work
• Good basic math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with a multi-line phone system
• A pleasant phone personality
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard
• Bending and some lifting
• Extensive writing and phone use
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
