Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Driving Sales Growth: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and delivering results-driven sales strategies.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product information.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Expanding your knowledge of HVAC products and staying current with the latest industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

3-6 years of progressive sales experience

, with a strong background in customer service and sales.

3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry

, with a deep understanding of HVAC products and services.

High School diploma or GED equivalent

, with some college education preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
