The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:

  • Fielding customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using innovative approaches to resolve complex issues and concerns.
  • Connecting with customers: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns, and provide personalized support to meet their needs.
  • Resolving issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions.
  • Escalating interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
  • Tracking call-related information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately documented and analyzed.
  • Providing feedback: Provide feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of best practices.
  • Upselling: Upsell products or services when required, using your knowledge of arenaflex's offerings to provide customers with relevant and valuable solutions.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED.
  • Computer skills: Strong desktop computer system skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Communication skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills: Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and find creative solutions.
  • Organization and prioritization skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Call center experience: 1 year of Call center inbound call work required.

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable for this role:

  • Digital interview skills: Ability to successfully pass the skills assessment (digital interview).
  • Typing speed: Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Strong desktop computer system skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
