Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems, transmitting information or documents using a computer, and verifying information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy and completeness. Key Responsibilities

* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems

  • Transmit information or documents using a computer
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
  • Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
  • Operate standard office equipment other than computers such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data management software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
