Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including medication requests, patient information, and insurance claims

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a data entry or related role

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry

• Pharmacy technician certification or training
• Specialty pharmacy experience
• Medication settlement experience, including communication with prescribers and resolution of case status and solution guarantee issues
