Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or psychology

* Experience in a similar role at a leading airline or travel company

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Tableau
