Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. With comprehensive paid training and continuous support, we ensure you're well-prepared to assist our customers effectively. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the live chat system

  • Provide accurate information about arenaflex services and policies
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and navigating the arenaflex website
  • Document and log all customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as necessary
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new services, policies, and procedures

Requirements

* A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under 4 hours per day, with flexible scheduling
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be located in the specified state and have a reliable internet connection

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Additional certifications or coursework in customer service or a related field is a plus

Experience

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support role

  • Experience in the airline industry is an advantage but not mandatory
