Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Responsibilities

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
• Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
• Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
• Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Providing exceptional customer service to our delivery professionals and internal stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resources, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service
• Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
• Self-motivated and able to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and working computer (if working from home)

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service

• Experience with company software and systems
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
