Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $35,000 – $40,000 per annum. You will be working standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for flexible scheduling if needed. This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently input, manage, and maintain various types of data associated with arenaflex operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Entering shipping information, updating customer databases, and verifying the accuracy of data during input processes
• Generating reports based on the data collected, assisting in data analysis, and participating in special projects as needed
• Coordinating with various departments such as operations, customer service, and logistics to address any data discrepancies and ensure seamless workflow across the company
• Maintaining data integrity across various platforms and collaborating with team members to improve data entry processes
• Participating in training sessions to enhance understanding of arenaflex systems and supporting other departments with data-related inquiries as needed

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of data entry processes and procedures

* Prior experience in customer service or data entry is a plus

• Associate’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
