Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Insurance Claims Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for servicing property damage claims, checking the status of claims for updates, providing necessary information, and answering questions via phone and email. Responsibilities

As an Insurance Claims Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Servicing property damage claims, including auto claims
  • Checking the status of claims for updates and providing necessary information to clients
  • Answering questions via phone and email, ensuring that clients receive prompt and accurate responses
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve claims and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout the claims process

Essential Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Experience with claims, including property damage claims and auto claims
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience with insurance claims software and systems
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including those related to property damage claims and auto claims
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00 - $25.00, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including:
