Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via live chat, answering product-related inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and analyze customer issues to provide effective solutions, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, particularly in a remote or chat-based capacity is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including live chat systems, email, and MS Office Suite.
