Role Overview

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases, meet team KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your exceptional language skills, proactive approach, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats

  • Gather required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Meet team KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Proactive approach to work and a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
