Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate at Nuuly, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our subscription rental service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management
