Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative - Chat, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience for our clients
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above preferred)
Requirements
* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily
- Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM - 8PM
- Flexible scheduling after completion of training
- Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
