The Role

As a Remote Customer Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This will involve:

  • Responding to inbound calls from customers who require assistance with complex account inquiries and/or are looking for alternatives that cannot be easily found online
  • Personalizing the customer's journey from start to finish of each conversation, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Providing reservation assistance and assurance of accurate vacation details
  • Exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Office, Internet, and internal programs
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred); high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required)
  • Ability to work from home with focus space and limited distractions
  • Reliable high-speed Internet service
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Experience working with MS Office and other software applications
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
