Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our automotive dealer clients. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service over the phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, and assist with car warranties
  • Escalate critical orders and offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Eligibility Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or similar role
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday
  • Reliable internet access at home, with a secluded and distraction-free work environment
  • Michigan resident

Nice to Have

* Degree in a relevant or related field

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems
