Job Description

As a Remote Banking Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients as they navigate the world of rewards and travel booking. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers who have accrued enough reward points to purchase products, tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving issues related to damaged shipments. You'll also assist customers in booking flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises using their accumulated reward points.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers with a high level of professionalism and empathy

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers to help them navigate the rewards program
  • Track shipments and resolve issues related to damaged shipments
  • Cancel shipments and refund reward points as needed
  • Assist customers in booking flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises using their accumulated reward points
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Training and Development

* Training Schedule: Day one is 9am-5:30pm, Training hours after 1 st day: 6:00AM – 2:30PM

  • Multiple schedules available after training (Shifts are first come, first serve)

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent (must be on resume)

  • 6+ months of customer service and call center experience
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
