Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage data, and process reports. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat

  • Enter order information into the database and track the status of orders
  • Field customer inquiries over email and phone when needed
  • Manage data in the database and customer communications
  • Process reports and perform other related tasks as required
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service department to ensure seamless support experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Qualifications

* At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
