About the Position

As a Remote Entry Level Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inquiries and requests from members in a high-volume contact center environment. Your primary focus will be on providing information about arenaflex's products and services while ensuring an optimal member experience through effective communication and transaction handling.

Responsibilities

* Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume contact center, utilizing your strong communication skills and active listening abilities.

• Provide information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating your knowledge and expertise.
• Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, and credit cards.
• Advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs, enhancing member interaction and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional member experiences.

Requirements

* Strong communication skills and active listening abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional member experiences.
