Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customer's insurance policies
  • Assisting customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or the need to modify the policy
  • Providing top-notch service to customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Have a strong customer service background, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Have a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary state licenses

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or psychology
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

  • Ability to work in a team or independently
