Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Manager and Sales professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with patients and prospective clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive clinic environment.
- Engaging new patients in in-depth conversations to identify their goals and effectively communicate how our services can support their health journey.
- Conducting follow-ups to assess patient satisfaction, reduce churn, and reactivate previous clients by offering special promotions.
- Articulating the value of our services while confidently addressing any pricing inquiries or objections.
- Providing crucial administrative support to clinic owners, ensuring efficient scheduling and accurate record maintenance.
- Occasionally assisting with childcare to facilitate patient attendance at appointments.

* Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $25 based on experience.
