Key Responsibilities
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in both voice and non-voice processes as required
- Professionally managing inbound and outbound calls
- Verifying third-party information using online databases for accuracy
- Reviewing and finalizing enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions
- Conducting data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, while following up with various state boards for status updates
- Ensuring all tasks are executed timely and with high quality
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as needed
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice tasks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to process and information changes
- Computer proficiency is preferred
- A stable internet connection is essential
- A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
Qualifications
While experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous, we welcome applications from individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to be available to work 40 hours per week, commencing immediately, and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
