The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our products. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home or our Tampa, FL office, with training provided both virtually and on-site. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, resolve complex issues, and develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • De-escalate customers who are upset with their experience and explore all options to satisfy their needs.
  • Identify root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
  • Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.

Requirements

* 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Proven record of great attendance.
  • Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience in sales or hospitality.
