Job Overview

As a Tele Chat / Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through tele chat and live chat channels. You'll be the face of arenaflex, responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through tele chat and live chat channels - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing solutions to customers in a timely manner - Accurately log and document customer interactions and technical resolutions - Proactively escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for further resolution - Continuously stay up-to-date on company products, services, and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes and procedures

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech support environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Fast and accurate typing skills - Proficiency in commonly used customer service applications and software - Experience with live chat and tele chat systems a plus
