The Role

As a Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our clients' products and services. You'll be responsible for resolving complex issues, providing timely and accurate solutions, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our clients' brands. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via ticket and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve complex issues and provide accurate solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our clients' brands
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in technical support, with a deep understanding of app troubleshooting across multiple platforms
  • Zendesk experience, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues
  • Professional English proficiency, with excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently, with a willingness to reach out and ask questions when needed
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance metrics
