Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the check-in process, boarding, and baggage handling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability
• Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
• Operating loading bridges
• Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Proficiency in English

• Pass a physical ability test (PAT), which can be prepared for through a video tutorial
