Job Description

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, providing support to our clients through live chats, emails, and phone calls. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
  • Promoting interest in our client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Knowledge of our client products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with online chat software and tools
