Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Location:
Remote (Utah Residents Only)
Compensation:
$16.00/hour, weekly pay, plus benefits
Equipment Provided:
High-speed internet, modem, and necessary software
Start Date:
July 2025
Schedule/Shift:
Monday through Saturday, 8a-10p EST, with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 8a-10p EST and be available to work Saturdays
What You'll Do
As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accepting and managing high-volume inbound calls
- Conducting outbound calls, as needed
- Providing accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
- Following up with callers to ensure a seamless experience
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for callers
- Following a call script and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Assisting callers with information and status of their applications
- Multitasking between several internal system programs
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a call center environment (no exceptions)
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
- Adherence to all company required KPIs
- A quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent
