Position Summary

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for website visitors, helping to answer questions, provide information about vehicles and services, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into leads. This role is key to ensuring our online guests receive the same top-notch service as those who visit us in person. You'll be working in a dynamic remote environment, using cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in real-time through the arenaflex website and social media channels, providing accurate and timely information about vehicle inventory, financing options, service availability, and dealership promotions.

  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and test drives, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
  • Identify sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the appropriate departments (sales or service), helping to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and prompt communication at all times, using your excellent written communication skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support and service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure consistent and timely customer support, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay informed on current vehicle models, services, and arenaflex offers, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest information and can provide accurate and timely support to our customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or administrative support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, chat platforms, and basic office software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
