What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Support Agent for arenaflex, you will be on the front lines, providing friendly and efficient assistance to our valued Customers. With our robust training, you'll quickly become proficient in:
- Providing Legendary Customer Service: Assist arenaflex Customers primarily via phone, and potentially chat or email, with a wide range of inquiries. This includes helping with new bookings, modifying existing reservations, answering questions about flights, policies, baggage, and our Rapid Rewards loyalty program.
- Empathetic Problem Solving: Listen attentively to Customer needs, empathize with their situations, and efficiently resolve issues, ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported.
- Accurate Information Handling: Navigate and accurately input or update Customer and flight-related information within arenaflex's proprietary systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Clear Communication: Clearly and concisely explain airline policies, procedures, services, and flight information, making complex details easy for Customers to understand.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with fellow remote team members and supervisors in a virtual setting, participating in online meetings and fostering a collaborative spirit.
