Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history and notes, and communicating statuses to customers
  • Working with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
  • Participating in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Analyze payment history and notes to determine the best course of action
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on their accounts and resolve any concerns
  • Work with a team to achieve performance metrics and goals
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with leaders and peers to ensure seamless customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Drive to solve problems and meet goals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
